If it was'nt for Rottnest Island Perth would be great, but its not!
Sometimes there can be great waves on offer in Perth, in both winter and summer. In winter there are several options of where to surf, but in summer the only place to surf is trigg point, it gets very crowded!
Both Trigg and Scaborough can have great banks in winter, but trigg point often has greta shape and length, but also upwards to 150 guys out! |

Dominant Swell and Wind Direction :
Winter can see decent swell sizes, but also sometimes very messy onshore days. Summer can also have about a week per season of great waves, but it is very crowded at the point. The choice of best season comes down to whether you can handle crowds, like to surf in boardies or a spring suit or enjoy the cold.

It was a good day with good waves that where barrelling nicely there was only a couple of people out there with me early in the session the waves where about 6ft but later they jacked and became bigger and more powerful. They where wedging nice

weekly mullaz trip
Mullaz was crap this day and you couldnt see the water there was that much seaweed. The waves were consistent at 1m but occaisionally some 2m dumper waves came in. After all that it was a pretty bad session.
