Atmosphere |
When Mags is good, this is where you want to go. It gets steep and hollow so don't surf there when its good if you don't want to spend some time in the shade. I have surfed there for 20+ years and it can get powerful. |

General |
In general it is an ok wave with some corners, but always steep and fast. On those days when it is good, you can get 10+ barrels in a sesh. The waves are not long, but super fast, powerful, and fun. But it can also be very walled, and full of rips. Pick your days and times. |

Magnolia surf
I surf magnolia almost everyday!!!
the spot is alright but is never really crowded with other surfers.
i would recommend the cliffs more but maggies is closer for me
