Buy Surfboard In Panama - Hi - I am traveling to Panama for the summer and will need to purchase a board. Does anyone have any recommendations on surf shops that have decent selection?

Good surf for beginner surfer in Aug/Sept? - Hi, I am looking to surf at Santa Catalina, but at the Playa Estero and also Bocas del Toro in late August/Beg of Sept. Are those appropriate places to go for a beginner surfer? I know that I could receive surf lessons there. Also is it safe for a female traveling alone to take the bus's around the country? I have traveled extensively across Latin America before by myself.
