Could some one please tell me how to get to cloud nine from Manila or from Boracai! And where to stay... Its the surf in Cloud nine only for experience surfers??? How hard its the wave? Is it shalow water? i would like to make reservations from internet for guest house.

whats the best way to get to cloud nine from cebu.do the ferries run every day to surigao and then to siargao.
