The peruvian south coast presents in general cold water temperatures and good consistency of waves along the year. The area is desertic with no rain (never!) and some fog and maybe drizzly during winter. The access to most beaches are easy but there are not big cities on the coast (so, little or not contamination), but on the other and it means few services (hotels) in some not well konwn areas.
Dominant Swell and Wind Direction : The swell is allways coming from the south. In the summer season the swell comes from the north-west and in winter from the south-west

Hi my name is ollie,i spent 3 month in ilo last year and i decided to move there in september.I surfed peidres negres everyday,just me and i was seeing if there is any other sufer in the area who is keen to meet up and go on surf trips up and down the coast. CHEERS.
