Characteristics |

One of the best regions in Peru, with many spots (for those prepared to search), warm water, consistent swell and crowds only in the better known spots (mancora, cabo-blanco). The area from Lobitos to Tumbes requires a big southerly swell to be running, or smaller westerly swells. In summer northerly swells can rock in. Chicama is one of the best known waves, but other less well known spots are possibly even better (if a little shorter). Generally a mellow place with some of Peru's best waves. |

Máncora feeling

No tan bueno, pero igual
La marea bajó un poco en comparación a los días anteriores, pero igual era corrible. Antes de tirar la toalla cogí unas buenas olitas, incluyendo un mini tubito.

Primera buena experiencia
El agua era increiblemente transparente, el sol brillaba.
Primero nos ubicamos en un point bien pretencioso, y no agarramos nada, luego a un punto intermedio y podíamos agarrar todo. Perfecto
