You'll need a boat. Otherwise, paddle from Ft. Cronkite beach across the very inside of the break then scoot around to the right-hander, being sure to stay well in the channel the whole time. DO NOT attempt to paddle to this spot from the Golden Gate Bridge or Deadmans- the currents can be life-threatening (not to mention the tankers coming in and out of the bay)...
Spot has been surfed before by Doc Renneker and friend. Has been described by tow-in crews as 'A Devil's playground'. Spot tends to shift around alot towards the outside. Under ideal conditions you will see a decent right reforming on the inside and rolling into the channel. Spot considered by most as too psycho to surf- but may be explored more in the future, especially with tow-in. Can look clean and regular, but still is VERY HEAVY! Do not even attempt to surf here unless you are Jeff Clark or one of the SERIOUS big-boys with years of giant-wave riding and pounding experience.

100 foot wave photographed
That new photo from 'Craig' I think it was shows a wave nearing or reaching 100 foot. Nice pic! This place gets 100 faces easy. I wonder if anyone will ever attempt it again?
