Take the road from Sabaudia (Latina),to S.F.Circeo near the mountain;and go dow to the beach....the longest one.....
Stay on costal route and ask for a restaurant called "Saporetti" around San Felice. The spot is opposite to the restaurant. Decent lefts on sand bottom with SE swells. Sheltered from SE S winds. Good water-quality, could be muddy during rain. Not too crowded.

saporetti is no good! - great beach and marvellous sight in this location(surfing at the bottom of a mountain)but the swell is good only for longboardes.the waves're very slowly but 4km at north there's another spot called lilandà(it's in front of at lilanda's camping) that works better for surfing and bodyboarding
