a great wave. Ive surfed it with a crazy crowd and got waves. Once the boys see youre not a kook, and with some etiquite a good sesh tobe had.Went there with PapaG for the 1st time in 01. We came aroundthe corner and al of a sudden gutters. 6 to 8 foot left and right bombs.This was dawn patrol. We surfed forhrs before anyone else showed up. On the way there this guy from Conetticut s telling me how hes gonna ripit up. Well we anchor upandI jumpoutta the boat. Hes kind of next to me aswe paddle out, here comesa set. This guy looks at mewith pure terror. I bailmy board swim under 2 wavesreel inmy boardand make it out back. This guy got pinballed across the point. It looked like a tiger got his ass.He was sliced up from his feet tohis lower back. Meanwhile I continued tosurf! Papag tendedtothis retard, luckily he wasnt bleeding to death so wefinished our sesh. Escon
Very fun wave. Boat ride is maybe 10 minutes. Escon gets zooed, but by low tide everyone is gone and u can surf the place with a few others who are willing to charge the 6 inc deep inside. Locals will drop in, but if you prove yourself and are respectful they will give you the waves you earn.

you drive to herradura and its only 10min boat ride, 10 bucks a head, we did get our car fukd with but full coverage took care of it. somebody tried to stick a screwdriver in our key slot. not to bumed tho. the surf was awsome 15 guys out mid tide and consistent. hard to believe only one fight.
