short, fun, ledgey little right hander off the rocks....watch out for the small group of local groms...they pretty much own the wave and you pretty much jst wont get a wave out ther with them...and i wuldnt even think about snakeing and/or dropping in cuz theyll push u into the rocks and drop in on u until u leeve....so pretty much jst dont go out while ther out ther....
Usually North Steyne or the Bower are the best spots along the Manly stretch, however South Steyne can be pumping. The last two times I have been down the conditions have been perfect, and its been breaking like the Kirra of old in reverse - long, hollow waves the break perfectly. Definately worth a look.

yeah the groms are nuts they will seriously fuck you up if you fuck around with them, just leave it alone when there out, cause they will seriously deck you.

yeh iv never actually seen surfers going at it at the point cause its usually breaking like a meter or two from the rocks. but while iv been out on some heavy 10ft+ days the local surfers charge like hell 20 meters down. and you westies dont bother coming you'll get dropped

i hate all the lies about this place i've surfed it for about 20 years and it's crap i mean it's only 10 metres and rock bottom which isnt even shaped to suit the wave but serious and STUPID WESTIE CUNTS COME OUT....and u'll see what happens the locals are nuts and will take on anyone even mike tyson..
