Additional Surfing Infos
There is public metered parking all over, so most of the time parking is not a prblem. As for the wave, it gets really fun at times. There can be a pretty mean shore break working, that will pound you into the sand if you are a Kamakazie. It does really get packed with people, because there are peaks up and down the beach.

Long period groundswell from Kyle. Closeout mush, didn't hit incoming tide soon enough.

boardwalk
most of the time boardwalk is just another fl beachbreak but every once in awhile especially during hurrican season boardwalk can turn into one of floridas big wave spots. I have surfed double overhead boardwalk a couple of times in the last year.

boardwalk
on a big nor easter or a hurricane swell off carolina to burmuda this place rocks at low to mid tides. the outside can reel for 100 yards with a flat mid section and a gnarly inside shorebreak. The paddle out on big days can be a bitch. on high tide the inside hollow shorebreak can be a real board breaker . lots of room and can handle a big crowd..

boardwalk
when i went fun waves but the crowds were annoying. reminded me of crowds back in jersey. the lineup was full of annoying groms. about 1 mile north is better. less crowds better break. right in front of icabods
