Drive on the beach road up north fron tel aviv then pass Haifa take right in the checkpoint ( bridge )junction , drove all the way to Nahariya from ther it's just a few k"m just before the border wite Lebanon.
You have to be insane
i would not surf there if my life depended on it , there is a big factory there that dumps chemicals into the waters right infront of the beach don't go into the water!!!!!!
