This is a famous spanish spot. A lot of surfers come here from Ferrol and La Coruna. The swell is usually consistent and the beach picks a lot of it. Tubes at low and mid tides. North of the bay often has the best peaks.

General
Really good lefts at N end of beach. Slower right. Best on low to mid rising. Dont surf the south end of beach when +3ft. Rip takes you out and then away from lineup, down the coast. "Dangerous beach/current" signs give a slight clue. Middle of beach is good when small. Keep large crowds away as it gets very busy in summer.
very hard locals
a lot of people and the locals are very hard is very dificult to catch waves.the beach is perfect but trere are too much people.it,s too near the city.be carefull in the park with the locals they don,t like you stay there camping i like the place but the people not

esta playa es increible, ademas de paradisiaca, las olas son largas, no te dan cerrojos y, a diferencia de la mayoria de spots de calidad de las rias bajas, no tiene piedras con las que partirte la cara o los pies.Lo del localismo es exagerado, cuando hay problemas no es capricho de los d alli , q son buena gnt.Soy de vigo e ido alguna vez alli i puedo aseguraros q pillais una sesion de recuerdo,pero..no vayais en tropel!
