From Bodø by plane to the local city of Leknes. Drive in direction of Svolvær for about 15 km. Turn left at Borge by the roadsign Unstad. Drive all the way to the end.(10 km)
REMEBER. When surfing or camping at Unstad, take your carbage with you home.

Atmosphere
Unstad its an exotic place for coldwater surfing. The island of Lofoten has a beautifull scenery. Its only lives about 20 inhabitants of the small village of Unstad. The waves can often be very good.

lots of hype on this place lately. it can be good, but it can be flat for weeks at a time, especially in sumer. campground is a claustrophopic little ghetto.....unstad can be windy, wet and cold for weeks on end, make sure ya have the monster propane heater set up in your rig and lots of books and no girlfriend with...
