Had a blast - Just returned from a week in Corralejo, surfed Los Lobos 3 times, offshore, headhigh & perfect every time. Also surfed Rocky point, and Las Salinas which was well worth the trip.

Paradise... - I am a spanish surfer from Andalusia. Lobos the best ever right wave that i have ever surfed.Actually i am going to get married and i have always wanted to go to Hawaii...Now when i discovered this place, a paradise on earth, i will travel here in my honeymoon.
My experience was completely positive.

Get on Spanish Locals - Surfed LObos early part of March. Scored it good. One local there and what a prick he was. We let him have all the waves he wanted, no-one dropped in or hassled and he still started gobbing off. Spoke in spanish to him and he just kept saying 'your not spanish why are you talking to me?, you shouldn't be here'. Managed to find out that he was a waiter in a restaurant. A restaurant that relies on tourists to make its money. Funny really, without us he'd have no money and wouldn't be able to afford his speed boat. He also said that ' if i came to England then you wouldn't speak to me'. What??? I can understand the locals must get annoyed with people surfing their break but we made an extra special effort to not hassle and all we got was grief. So frustrating.

Good wave! - The wave is by no means Coxos or Thurso. Pound for pound the other two are generally heavier. It is however super fun to go right for a long time and put down some nice turns. A session here will add up to the time you spend standing up at home in a month! At least if you live in Wales and dont own a power boat!

Expect it to be crowded just like all the other waves on this site!
