This spot used to be dead, but now they build a new pier( out of rocks thought ) who can be used to get to the lineup without having to paddle( watch out, dangerous pathway ).
It can be pointbreaky, but mostly it's just left and right.
Can be nice to surf, and can handle bigger swell now.
The place is sheltered from W winds. So only go there with strong winds from this direction and when it's a mess everywhere else. Allthought its better with the new pier

Oosterstaketsel is gone!! - It's sad,but this place doesn't excist anymore! They tore down the pier(staketsel),wich produced the good waves,to build a huge harbourwall.
