Additional Surfing Infos
The center of the beach has the best break. It is easy to find, friendly and there might be as many as five surfers.
  Overview
Atmosphere Very relaxed beach lifestyle with plenty of restaurants and places to stay on the beach. there are two ferries daily from Ranong town to Koh Phayam.
General I would not make this a destination, but if you were traveling through southern Thailand, Koh Phayam is a great place to relax, ride some waves and enjoy the beach. Sept/Oct and late April/May are best.
