Another great spot for surfing in the Great Lakes!!!!!! Don't listen to the nay sayers tht tell u that just because you are in upstate NY you cant surf. Look for a stedy wind thats upwards of 20 knots, Then grab ur board and get out there!!!!!!

don't bother coming to this beach for swimming or surfing - they don't even let you go in the water unless you're on a boat.And the waves are really low
