There are really no tips to tell you about this spot just go out there and surf, but be carful of the jedii.
Very friendly atmosphere unless you cut someone off on a wave.Even if you do they don't get that mad.
It's a good, fun spot to surf for any surfer especially during hurricane season.

Army Corps is too busy now in N'Awlins - No beach replenishment in LBI. The sandbars and surf will be ruined. Ship Bottom for life

Go home - Don't come to LBI to surf. Its not that good and the locals don't like you.
