This is one of the longest waves in the area. It starts breaking at the river mouth and will line up all the way to the main beach when it´s big. In smaller swells you can still surf the river mouth. It breaks over sand and its easy to paddle out from the river as the current will take you out.

If you come by bus or car you can exit in Buritaca village and just follow the river to get to the spot. Another way would be to get to the beach is use the ´El Viajero beach club´ would also be a great place to stay for a couple of nights as they offer from dormitories to luxiores Cabanas, have a restaurant bar, offer yoga and most importantly they off board rentals and lesions.
The admosphere is typical what you can expect from paradise, white sand, clear water, palm trees on the beach and your can have this all to yourself as its not a crowded spot.
