Go torwards Holgate and right before beach haven ends and holgate begins there is a road called Tebco and a sign for Pennas Marina. On the left there is beach access. Parking is hard to find but there are spots. Go up the beach access right across from Tebco and look to the left. There are really short jetties. You can even walk around them easily at low tide. The break is behind this jetti. The jetti is hardly a hazard unless you want to eat sand along with the rock. During tourist season you have to go before 9 and after 5.

Additional Information
For some reason the break there at low tide gets really good. It peels and is really clean for an NJ wave. Its not like that everyday but its always a fun wave. It can get long compared to other breaks on L.B.I. due to the absense of the small jetti. Every once in a while you can find a nice semihollow ride, especially on good days. Its always a fun ride, not the biggest or the best. If you want a nice surf alone with some fun waves go there.

Atmosphere
No heavy locals what so ever. If there is somebody out there chances are they'll stay to themselves or be friendly. There is always somebody on the beach metal detecting (this guy John) or flying a kite or playing football or whatever, not in a crowded sense but if you get in to trouble and you're alone in the water there is always somebody there to help ya out.
