What?? - The only honest answer is "maybe." Waves are never guaranteed. In Europe, Autumn, Winter and Spring is more consistent than Summer, but it can go flat any time of year and be epic any time of year. The waves won't respect your holiday arrangements. Unless you leave your board behind, then it will definitely be classic!!

Surf in August? - I´m thinking of spending my holidays in normandy in august and need to know if there are waves at this time. Please answer urgent. I have to book soon.

Thanks! - THanks for the quick answer. So maybe west britanny is better in august. But I am a bit worried about the oil coming up for it reached Cap Ferret already. I am so angry about this topic...
