fairly good - East beach is a beginners wave a i'm a beginner myself works sometimes inconsistent
when the swells up it creates an awesome fun break

low head sux - low head never gets any surf. It is sooooooooooooo slopy and low head shouldn't think it could ever get surf....i hate low head.
