Great wave..long rides and super rippable!! but be prepared to get hassled!! When it works it is SUPER crowded!!
Park Anywhere you can get a spot, don't block people in though, you may be missing your car later on. Don't throw any rubbish around, the neighbours take number plates.
Atmosphere
Low tide is best. Works better on a SE to S swell but will work on a massive SW 5.5 meters plus!
Heaps of people when it breaks cause it doesn't break all that often, no real localism, just have to scratch to get a wave.
General
One of the most FUN waves in tassie.. super long and super fun!

- will say two things about this place one is this place rocks, world class when its on, two ride a motor bike there so you can get a park close enough without having to walk 20 min, way over crowed when on but still waves for everyone.

- when place is on it is awesome. is one of the fatter points around hobart but probaby longest. when good can break for 500+ metres. For it to work the beachies around south arm need a solid 5 to 6' atleast.
