Directions - The break is about 1 hour 20 minutes north of Brisbane in the space between Kings Beach, Caloundra and Bribie Island. It rarely infrequently needing swell and north east winds. It is featured in Tracks as "The Bar", the 49th best wave in Australia.

Happy's Firing - Iwas out at happy's yesterday wit that massive weekend swell and it was lyk 6-7 ft. The problem was that they were closin out across the bar and if u took off under the peak ud need the fastest board in the world or get a massive thrashing. But if you were on the shoulder it would make for some pretty sick rides.Hell gettin out there.
