Go to Guadalupe and make a right on Main Street(thus the name), you'll see a grave yard on the right and follow this road all the way to the beach. The drive is about 3 to 5 miles down, you'll pass fields and drive through dunes(on a paved road). Just park in the parking lot at the end of the road.

The best time to hit up this spot is when the swell is really small because this spot is a sandbar break that usually breaks onshore. The spot is mostly for bodyboarders, but i have seen some hard core surfers charge this spot. If you come on the right day you can get long, hollow, makeable barrels....this place is a playground for bodyboarders when the offshores are blowing, hollow, fast and bowly, with a fat lip to smack
There is no point break, so you wanna look for the best break on the sand bar, which is usually down south a few yards from the parking lot. Make sure you time the break just right, to get past the shore break on a big day can be real difficult!
Try this spot out, best time is in the morning when its blowing offshore.

Choss - What does choss mean?I guess it means howling offshores and still no shape. Plenty of swell here but no payoff for all the work. Surf the dunes instead.

Piping barrels - I've scored it pretty epic in the Fall. Get it when it is glassy with long interval swells. Great shorebreak...
