No extrta Ketchup w/my order please! - Never add any red suace@Double pt's Great White Castle, coz it only attracts more hungry jaws to an otherwise quiet lineup/buffet, all the tourist sharks start thinking there's tasty surfer-burger bloodmeats on the menu!

not worth your time...... - this place is 110% BS.... sharks sharks sharks........ and did I mention the localism....just about the only place i wouldn't surf.
Way to kelpy, way to sharky and I really don't think you want to get your @ss handed to you out there. No cell reception.... you get hurt and knocked on and you're toast. So if you're looking to get skunked by the fickleness of this place, encounter the man in the grey suit, and possibly wooped on.........have fun!! and good luck getting rescued

- My dad took me out there about 15 years ago. Big hike in 2 1/2 hours. We camped next to the fresh water lake at the top of the cliffs under a grove of trees. My dad had it all set up with camping gear stashed in the bush and a special made buggy to carry our boards and food etc..The fresh water lake was fantastic. You could drink the water after boiling which made it easier not having to carry water in, just take some plastic bottles. Heaps of wildlife, (some not so friendly) But a beautiful spot without question. The climb down the cliff to the surf is pretty tricky. The wave was fun with reasonably long rides and big carvable faces. Pretty fat but powerful lines. Take plenty rubber and warm stuff.
Watch out for sharks and perhaps a cell phone in case of emergency. Not sure about reception though. Or how much its changed in 15 years but we had a great advenrture Highly reccommend it if you have the time and the knowledge.Camping is illegal so Look after the environment if you go.
