- so its cool with the locals if a dutchman goes out there to check out and ride the waves?

web cam owner - I'm surfer and windsurfer, and live since 3 months in Lostmarc'h village in the house with the unplug webcam.
And I just want to know what to do about the phone ringing every two hours. It was not a good place to cheek the wave, to fare from the beach and the webcam seems very old. Thanks to Email me!

Surfsessions 19/08-26/08 - During this period I had some good swell and surf but the "nice" waves only showed up with high tide, and tide makes a huge difference in Brittany. The spot is also only really sheltered from N to NNW winds.

photo n°2 - this wave is very very rarely like the photo n° 're not so lucky if you come one day like this, you'll surely have to fight with a thousand of good surfers !!! :-)

no title - My first ever surf in France. Great feel and very historic walk from the carpark.

Lostmarc'h, Bretagne, france - A good advice: do not try to paddle towards the waves in the middle of the spot, there is a strong current: take the "lift" along the rocks on the right of the spot, it is sometimes hot but it is the only way to reach the line up when it is big.
If it is too big: go to Anse de Dinan
