To Ricko - If you are planning on surfing the west coast, (Rincon, Aguadilla, Isabela, etc.) try calling Rincon Surf and Board, they have a bunk room (hostel style). Rates are very reasonable. They are up the hill from Maria's Domes, Indicators, Palmas, etc, in Rincon. Also if you are going to surf the west coast of the island and don't need to go to San Juan. Try flying into Aguadilla with Jet Blue, instead of San Juan and save yourself minimum two hours of drive time (that is if there's no traffic)it could be more. Good luck to you!
4 D RECORD - nothing happened in june. baby waves
- Your saying you are all expecting an above normal hurricane season. What are the consequences for the weather forecast during that period I mean sunny or only cloudy and temperature etc.
UNLESS - THAT'S THE KEY WORD - We are expecting an above normal hurricane season. The U.S. government last month issued its own forecast, predicting 12 to 15 tropical storms between June 1 and Nov. 30, with seven to nine of those becoming hurricanes. Three to five of those are likely to be intense, the government predicted. Ocean continues to heat up and that means more hurricane activity in the Atlantic. So I think it's gonna be a lot of goats kicking and ripping in the water this season...i'll keep you inform. PS... HOPE FOR NO BIG DAMAGE.
FLAT - Puerto Rico blows goats in the summertime. No waves at all, unless a hurricane swings into the window down south.

Lookin for accommodation - I'm coming to pr in october and I'm looking for some good priced places to stay. I can't find any hostels in pr on the net. It doesn't matter if it is comfortable or not. I just need a place to stay near to good surf spots and for a low price. Can somebody tell were I can find this?
