Solo Salsipuedes - With the exception of my friends, it was all to myself this last weekend. With a strong 4-6 consistency, and offshore winds, SSP went off. The diving and spear fishing was insane. Leave if u can? fuck that i'm staying as long as i can...

- From the recent Damo footage at Salsipuedes, it seems that access is really not a problem. See you guys next year (at earliest).

sad but true, steeling - In Dec. the point was working. No one is suppose to drive past the gate..It seems that one person got in the rest followed. the worse part is that the trailors got broken into...this isn't for all of you but just the ones who have no repect. you pay 5$ for real good surf and you have the guts to rip off a motor to one of the renters boats..nice going..
hope that made your day as now no one is permitted past the gate...we gave you all a chance and a few of you blew now walk

If one more person tries to explain the meaning of "Salsipuedes" - I'm gonna shoot myself!!! Stop being Spanish interpreters and go snowboarding. That'll keep the crowds down at the beach.

Texas mafia - The Texas street mafia ?? What, some white boys playing wanna be gangsters ???

Me gusta Salsipuedes.....puto - Just like I said Me gusta Salsipuedes.....puto, keep it clean down there. Seems like lately the crowds got worse, but people are respectful. You will be judged by Don Carlos y Don Juan. Watch out for the Texas Street mafia from North Park. Those dudes are hard. Literally, they hurt me in my backside.
Viva back dooring the reef peak.

Thanks for the crowds - Thank you all for crowding out what used to be a really special and unique spot. Yesterday on a Wednesday there were 30 guys in the water and three photographers on the cliff and it was only head high.
Oh and they are now charging $5 to go surfing or even just to drive in and check it. Awesome. Thanks.

Any one know the truth? - Is salsipuedes closed or not? I can understand that people would want to misdirect kooks from trashing a break, but not everone is a young kook. Here's a message to all you beginners, learn to duck-dive. Ditching your board when it's big is dangerous to other people paddling out.If you can't make make it to the outside without ditching your board every time a wave comes, you don't belong there. DNO

Salsipuedes - Salsipuedes means "leave if you can"...

Salsipuedes burned down-fire damage - Salsipuedes burned down last week during the fires that some of us heard about on the news. Strangely this even affected the waves. The fire was so hot it burned the kelp beds and melted the reef out front. I know this sounds impossible but I saw it with my own eyes!!! Now lets all burn from the fire within.

P.S. If you think this is something wait till the LNG terminal explodes. It's right around the corner.
