Old beachie, doesn't quite work anymore - I surfed pantaleta before the 99 floods, it was a normal beachie with a short ride, when conditions were right it could give a short barrely ride or a 20 meters or so of carveable wall... after the floods the beach became very steep and the wave breaks right in the sand and is unsurfable on most days, since the flood I have not seen pantaleta pump.

Great time @ Pantaleta - Last december 2003 I arrived on the beach of Playa Pantaleta with another homie. We only knew the name of the playa and did not knew what to expect. We were welcomed by Marie the mother of the Coppolone family. She told us we could stay at their place. We stayed their for one week and had an amazing time. Apparently all the surfers from around knew the Coppolones as their oldest son was a surf champion. We had no hassles and the atmosphere on the water was even more relaxed then at our homebreaks in europe. Loved it. Mail me if you want more info!
