Water quality - The city is not that large and the water quality is fine but with large amounts of fresh coming out of the river. There are rice paddies nearby so the water is cleanest after the harvest from Mid Feb - late May.

water quality - I'm wondering how the water quality is considering there is such large urban area upstream.
