Comment: Balcones on a small day Balcones 2nd section.Balcones is the most western spot of whole south america. It is surfeable 99% of the time, even when other spots are flat. Go early as wind tends to change from offshore to slightly onshore at around 9 - 10 am. This spot is not perfect but it is lot of fun, very similar to Puerto Viejo. José Vasquez
