love canoa
i was living there for 6 months learning to surf and i loved the place, wouldnt change it for anything.. as a place to learn to surf, the locals are friendly and the place is spectacular.. if you need any info about the place email me or msn me: suzy66q@hotmail.com

Nice quiet spot
The waves and beach are nice, I surfed here for a week. It's a beach break, just what you expect from a beach break, nothing special

swell direction
I'm going to canoa next week (February 19 to 22) and the swell forcast is SW. Canoa works good with this swell? Should I better go to Montanita?

great place for beach break
the town is dope and the locals can rip, but there is pleny of beach for everybody. When the swell pumps there are epic points around the area and the bicept burn in 6 plus swells is real, but a great place to relax and catch some qualkity uncrowded surf with a lot of travelers and food available. check out cafe flora. (if you got a car a great spot in the north for a comfortable home base)
I stayed a month and saw some good swell.
