Nuquí beaches colombian coast - Some one interesting about surf, lodges, seasons, people, security, photos. I´m working in the area, and we`re only two in the water.

@#$%^&*((*&^% - By the way stop licking the gringos's ass cause they will be the first to drop on your wave if you let them!

to Tame the Pacific? - I just read the comment about taming the PAcific???? HOw the hell do you plan to do that?....If you you are saying is to discover the good breaks of the PAcific Coast Of Colombia then I don't agree that the "only way" is with the help of americans bringing a few bucks to the country....The only thing you need is to have the BALLS to go there and explore! Stop thinking some amreicans will come and discover it for you. Instead you must go first so when the gringos or any other foreign tourist comes you could show it to them and perhaps make some money !!!!

Brasilian Surfboards - I represent some of the best surf companies and shapers in Brasil.I'm loking for someone to be my representative in Columbia or any contact in surfshop. We just work with the best material in the market and the price is very competitive because of our currency is depreciate. Tks, Eilon.

Colombia - Hey amigos north of the border. No hassle with you guys down here. After all, since Bruce Brown's Endless Summer first version we know you've been the pioneers of surf adventure. The only way we're gonna get the Pacific tamed and discovered is with your help and extra cash. So don´t generalize about loner comments from some nationalist frustrado. There's is more beaches here in Colombia than will ever be surfers. So get your #%*"&/ down here!!

What the hell is going on?

I am a South African living in Bogota. I have been living in Colombia for 6 months, and cannot express in words how much I love your country! I haven't yet been to many places in Colombia, but Bogota rocks!! The only thing missing here is waves. The women are unbelievable, the night life insane, and the people are so warm and friendly.

I have been to Cartagena, but had absolutely no idea that waves existed there, or anywhere in Colombia for that matter. Before finding out about this site, I was sure that there had to be waves somewhere in this beautiful country. Now I know that waves and surfers DO exist! I have been surfing all my life and have surfed all over the world. It would be a dream for me to surf here in my new home. I would love to find out more information about the Pacific Coast.....does Isla Gorgona have waves?? I know surfers don't like to give away their precious secrets, but a start would be very welcome. I am off to the Cartagena for the Puente on 21st - 24th March with my Colombian girlfriend. Will head north and hopefully get some waves.

Thanks for the great site.

Muchos gracias,
Nick Reeves

Are you sure? - Don't you realise posts like the one you wrote are only going to attract more "Gringos", oh, but that's really what you want anyway, right!
