Clean - I've surfed there in wintertime, 5 days in a row i had 1-1.5m waves, very clean, long rides!!!
I loved it there, almost no crowd, and locals were very friendly( only gringos in the lineup and we had respect for the locals;))

- Waves are not frequently big there, but, when the sea is huge, woah, the waves there are impressive!
