Lekker - Sure it looks pretty heavy at times but dont be fooled, it doesnt get bigger than 6foot. You wanna see balls check out spots like cyclops in Oz or tand in South Africa which get huge. Still a sick wave though.

- its never been a shore break, it a sharp rocky reef in the middle of the ocean, very hollow, like shar island in cronulla, only suitable for spongers !!

this ain't a shorey - umm, guys this place sure doesn't look like a shore break to me, a shore break is a break where the waves break on or 10 metres or less from dry sand, plus they are usually sandy breaks not reefies, oh and the longboarder on page 1 dissing us bodyboarders i bet that you only ride a longboard because you're too fat to fit on a shortboard or booger. thanks

Not Just bodyboard - I surf this place several times.

Fear? yeah, no doubt. But it's far from impossible.

Surfers don't do it more because there are lot of better places to surf.

kook - this break is nowhere near the standard of shark island, what a gag! this place is spongers dream and they can keep it less fruit booters surfing the real breaks the better...as for the other guy who claimed "unsurfable" the pics show a surfer getting barrelled.
