The spot is in the right side of itacoatiara beach. By crossing the rock that is on that side you'll be able to see it if it's working. It's easy to get in by jumping from the rock but getting out the water is a bit tricky... as many urchins as nature could put there !!! ask a local for directions...
It's a very powerful wave. You must see if the wave is really opening.
Check out for the locals... don´t try to go out by yourself if it's your first time here... might by a painful experience...

Atmosphere
This is an almost bodyboarder spot... but if you have the skills to surf here ... It is shallow, the rocky bottom isn't forgiving at all and the way out is an urchin field... have fun !!!
