Canal in Itaipu - Local Surf School works from this beach. Great place for beginners or kids. Can surf the outside break or inside the canal.
I am currently surfing here to get more experience.

- The waves at the canal de camboinhas sucks! I´ve been there around 10 times, only got it good once or twice. Not so good. Better check the Laje de Itaipu on the same beach!

cambuca - this surf point is the best in rio. A lot of famous surfers come here to surf in the best season of surf. Guilherme Herdy, Peterson Rosa and others top surfers surf here!!! If you come to Rio, you must come to Niterói. HERE IS THE POINT!!!
