The locals surf here only if it's big, 200 m after there is the main spot of baia formosa. Pontal and they all go there.
You surf most of the time alone or with few local kids.

Baia Formosa is a secret spot. has a beach break, a left pontbreak, a hollow right and this mellow right.
There is no tourist there, only few brasilian tourist at the weekend. The locals are friendly, you have cheap fresh fish everyday and for the best accomodation ask for Dona Raimunda. Everybody know...
