paracaru is really a top surf spot. Locals friendly, cosy beach bars, not at all commercial. And waves especially with low tide absolutely freaky!!! i am surfer and windsurfer. You should go there. And for a very easy going surf check jericoacoara. The atmosphere is amazing!

Just came back and all the locals told me it goes off betwwen Oct and feb. with peak surf nov.-jan. go get it.

Paracuru Dec-Jan
I am going to paracuru in mid december, staying to mid january. I am travelling with my friends who are kiters, but i prefer surfing. They have told me that there's good surf in paracuru this time of year. When searching the net i find A LOT of kite and windsurf pages about paracuru, but not a lot of surfing related. Am i being tricked? I am very afraid that there will be too much wind, messing up the waves
