Take Donald Ross rd. off of I-95 all the way east to the beach. Turn left at the end, about a quarter mile north of the Juno Pier. Look for the crowd of a 100 people on a 2-3 foot day, and that's kite beach.
The crowd is ultra heavy. The waves are really decent. On the best swells, the rights can peel for several cutbacks and a small barrel on the inside. The left is a little more walled up with frequent barrels and air sections. On wind chop or windswells, the rides aren't very long but the wave can still pack some punch with many air sections and double up barrels. Once again though, insane amount of crowds.
Overview
Atmosphere
This spot is only here becuase the sandbar at the Juno Pier was washed down to Kite Beach about a year ago. So, the thick crowds from Juno Pier are here and also the crowds from Jupiter Inlet and Civic Center.
Experienced surfers? HAH
LMAO. This place gets crowded...with kooks. Shitty beach break with locals that think they're pro surfers meanwhile they can barely surf. Stay away.

re: stay in boca
i dont know why you said Kite atracts people south of Reef road, because it is way north, and boca sucks btw, at least 1-3 feet smaller than kite during any swell..dont know what ur on but u should stay away from it
