What is the name of the Campground located on this point? We were planning a camping trip this summer and it is still a beautiful spot without the swells.

this might help you save some gas for twin rivers to really work their has to be a super solid NW swell and the tide has to be very high. your best bet at catching twin rivers is during the winter when the tides are higher and the chance of a NW swell is greater. this spot will haunt you for the rest of your life it you get the chance to surf it when its pumping, because cahnces are the next time you try and hit it their wont be shit.

twins is the place i have only surfed twins twice and both times the were long left that were fun generous waves. i am curently waiting for the swell to jump up. if there is any one that would give me any positive input it would be a big help. my dad has been the one to take me surfing in the past but he is very bisy and short on money. i live in centralia so i cant make a trip for no resson.

twin This spot is very very crowded with longboarders. I have surfed here about 10 times. I live over 250 miles away so I have no agenda..I am a talented short boarder. I trip here is just pure desperation when the rest of the coast is 30ft

The Dump and Twin Rivers I lived in Washington for a year in 1988-89. The vibe felt like California in the early 60's, everyone seemed to know each other. Very fraternal. Sorry to hear localism has reared it's ugly head in a place I fondly remember as real soul surfing. Had some very fun days at the Dump with Stan Plyler from Bremerton. Also remember surfing Twin Rivers in January with snow on the beach! We were so cold we had to dunk in the water to get warm. Best to all my brothers and sisters in Washington. Thanks for the memories. Lars Johnson San Francisco, CA

Shacked at twins~19ft NW "On a good day there are waves in the straight that make you feel like you are in Santa Barbara"yep, the word is out and has been out. Great waves up and down the whole strait on a big nw swell. TWINS IS SOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.

No, you shut up. Hey dumbass. Anything in the water can be considered tidal. The Strait is the tide, dick. Thus the term "tidal Toxins". Not "tidal toxin", as you put it. Throw some swang into yer nuts, size isn't all that matters.
