"State Line" is exactly where it sounds. It is located on the state line of Delware and Maryland. If traveling from north, then go through Fenwick Island until u get into ocean City, MD. Then stop and go up to the beach and you'll see the break.
There is nothing unusual about this break. During low tide the faces are steep but we are used to that here on the east coast right?
Overview
Atmosphere
You get a mix of the Ocean City, MD vibe and the Delaware surfing vibe. Anyone who surfs this spot knows what I'm talking about. There are surfers from ages 13 to 55. Its in a great location with a whole lot to do besides surfing. Just head down into Ocean City at night and you'll have a blast. Don't cut off the locals or their buddies will make sure you don't catch anymore waves.
General
In general, this spot is one of the best around. You wont find anything better anywhere in Delaware, howver ther is better breaks in Ocean City MD. which is s very short drive away considering it is "State Line". But deffinetly check out breaks in OC like 48th street, 36th, and the Inlet.
