During the peak holiday season of the summer it can get pretty crowded, with loads of swimmers and kooks in the water who invariably don't have a clue what they're doing...However, once those hurricane swell start to pump up here it starts clearing the crowds....

General
When the winds off-shore, or if you get down to the beach in the morning when it's pure glass, and there is a hurricane swell around it can be SICK! Can feel a little sharky on those days though...Last summer me and some mates went for a dawny and freaked out a little when we saw a dark fin (albeit a small one) about 10m from where we were.

Crowds were never the problem in the good 'ol days! - That's how this place got it's name -- whenever we used surf it there was Nobody Here!!
