This spot is fun, it isnt huge but there have been the occasinal 7 ft days. Thats from a big swell in the mid winter though. Nothing huge but a lot of fun. During the summer there are a lot or tourists on the beach though.
Atmosphere
Not alot of people but fun if your just hanging out. Higgins is consistently much larger nad is only about 20 min north.
General
I love this spot this is where i learned how to surf, but it can be really flat for a week at a time, summer isnt the best time at all for this spot.

OOB is a fun place - OOB can be a real fun wave, epecially in the fall, when the surf is good and places like Higgs, Scarborough and Biddeford are crowded. For whatever reason people stay away from OOB. Just for the "lack of crowd factor" it's worth surfing there. Doesn't hold the wind like Higgs does.On bigger days Pine Point can get good. Usually about half the size of Higgins, it can go top to bottom. A nice departure from the slower waves around the corner.

vacation - I came on vacation to this spot with my family. We weren't expecting to surf but we brought the boards in case. On the last day lines were stretching across the whole cove without a single section. It was amazing waist to chest high waves.
