Atmosphere
The waves can get big during hurricanes and Nor-Easters. Sometimes the water gets choppy and need about a day to become surfable. Most days are good, but every once in a while there can be a flat spell. Overall, it is a average spot.
General
Chadwick can be fun, especially in the winter when there aren't any renters or that many surfers. On occasion there are some sweet barrels. And its within 10 minutes of the Boardwalk in Seaside Heights.
