  Atmosphere Belmar is a pretty melow place if it's not too crowded.

Best Spot On East Coast?????
You have got to be kidding saying that Belmar is the best spot on the east coast. It might be the best spot to pick up guido chicks in the summer at places like DJ's...but the surf is pretty average for the most part.
