Breezy Point is a gated community in the Rockaways of Long Island, NY. If you really want to surf these rare, small waves that every surfer on the point prays for each day, then park down the road at a state park and try to walk in with your board. Honestly, I don't think that it's worth it because Rockaway is right down the road. There are no hotels or public places to use a bathroom or eat, with the exception of a couple of bars and few restaurantes in the area.
If you really want to surf Breezy then park your car about a half mile down the road at the state park. You can probably find a small parking lot along the beach. If you can stand up on your board, then you should have no problem surfing these small fun waves.
