Go to montauk point, enter camp hero, pay a small fee and park for the day. The parking lot over looks A.F.B. which is at the right. Its between the ranch and turtles.
It is mostly a right but has a left that many people are un aware of that can be great. On classic hurricane swells the waves peels forever. Rock bottom allows it to break nice. Rocks look shallower than they really are. Can Hold many people. It can work on a north wind as long as its not over 15mph, and the same can be said for a west wind suprisingly. So when those other spots arent workin head there with the west wind.

Very classic and nice. Not cut throat at all. A great place to surf on good swells in the fall.

Its great during hurricane season. It goes off in september.

tjis spot only breaks when there is a big swell but when it does the wave peels forever. Not enough power for me though. The whole history behind the base is freaky. They tested mind control and time portals here.

rocks?
Sure they look bad, but with some common sense u shouldnt hit them and can still get good rides. Ive surfed here many times and have wiped out in the inside on bigger days only to stand up on the rocks and paddle back out. Not bad as long as u think.

donno what you're talking about, if you're actually catching waves at the takeoff spot here don't wipe out, it is rocky as all hell, i slammed my knee seriously hard and dinged up my board...not worth it, i'd rather surf turtles
